Sofia Coppola decided she should design a line of bags for Louis Vuitton when she visited the Vuitton’s custom-orders department at its factory in Asnières, France. “To start with I wanted to make a bag for myself and then we talked about making a little capsule collection,” she said. “My friends and I are always searching for the perfect day bag.” You see what she came up with. They certainly will, uh, stand out among Vuitton’s other fabulous collaborations. [WWD]
