The new Page Six Magazine includes a typically glorifying profile of Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld’s daughter. She freely acknowledges being the spawn of fashion royalty was the reason she landed an internship with creative director Fabien Baron. In a video of her Page Six Magazine photo shoot, Julia tries to explain exactly what she does all day as a creative director. “It’s really hard to describe exactly what it is, because it contains so many, like, creative things and I like to refer to it as selling an idea or selling a branding identity,” she says. She also explains her style, naturally. “I’m not stick-thin or straight — I have curves. So I like to enhance it and dress very sexy, very close to the body, but always with a little tomboyish, rock touch to break it, and not just be, like, over the top sexy.” See what she means in the video.
