• The owners of Forever 21 faced two full days of depositions this month in a case filed by Anthropologie accusing the chain of copying nine of its garments. The transcripts and videotapes of the depositions are sealed, but could be made public in the coming months. The lawyer for Trovata, which is taking Forever 21 to court for copying its garments, is excited about this. [WWD]
