Cacharel Returns to the Runway; Modeling Agency Sues Du Juan

• Though it swore off formal fashion shows last year, French brand Cacharel will show its spring collection at Paris Fashion Week in September. The label will also re-release iconic Liberty-print looks from the seventies. [WWD]

• Model Du Juan is being sued by Chinese modeling agency New Silk Road for signing with IMG in 2005, and thus violating her previous contract. She may be fined up to $659,000. [Fashionologie]
