• The Organic Consumers Association and three organic skin-care companies jointly filed a complaint to the USDA Organic Program against thirteen beauty companies — including Stella McCartney, Jason, Nature’s Gate, and Kiss My Face — alleging that they falsely used the word organic to describe their products.
