After giving birth to her first child in December, 19-year-old Jourdan Dunn returned to the runway for Aquascutum yesterday. Almost three months’ maternity leave is a lot for a model, many of whom like to rush back to work in weeks, as though dying to show off how fast they can lose baby weight — as if they had any to begin with. But Jourdan is not that show-off sort of model, and walked in a simple belted trench that leaves, unlike Victoria’s Secret peacock costumes, much to the imagination. We are left marveling not at how thin she may or may not be (she is, obviously), but at how pretty she is.
