Fashion designer and Project Runway alum Austin Scarlett calls himself a “modern dandy” in this week’s Video Look Book. He admits that he doesn’t follow fashion magazines, instead choosing to “mix it up with a bit of introspective feeling.” When our cameras caught up with Austin, he was wearing a vintage skinny tie, a red oxford shirt, H&M pants, and a vintage gift bag.
