Vogue is so over shredded clothing, but the Times has discovered that college students aren’t. A few in a fashion-history course at Parsons New School for Design have, after extensive research, decided that shredded clothing is IN. This is great for fashion students, but of course does the many people who have to spend most of their week in offices maintaining a certain level of decorum, and people who like whole clothes, no good at all.
