Eva Mendes walked the red yellow carpet at last night’s New York premiere of The Other Guys wearing a putty-colored Oscar de la Renta frock, the skirt of which raised a few questions. Like, are those flaps detachable? Do they serve a purpose? They almost look like flotation devices, but considering the size of them they should at least contain pockets. Or are they just giant pockets?
