According to U.K. rag the Sun and its various unnamed sources, the model-slash-designer discovered her talent for jam-making at her country home in the Cotswolds, where she was so inundated with fruit from her fertile damson plum trees that she resorted to putting it in jars. Kate’s Damson Jam, as the product is said to be named, may soon be up for widespread (sorry) distribution: Kate has been soliciting jam-selling advice from retail giant Sir Philip Green and sending samples by the jarful to famous friends like Simon Cowell.
