Kathy Kalesti joined Narciso Rodriguez in 1997 as senior vice-president of sales and marketing. She became president in December 2009, more than a year after Rodriguez split from Liz Claiborne, which became financial partners with the label in 2007. Robert J. Wichser, who has served as principal at the Yucaipa Cos. and president and CEO of Sean John, is helping Rodriguez find a successor for Kalesti, who is leaving to “pursue other interests.” [WWD]
