Alexander Wang Hires Its First President; Stella McCartney’s Website Relaunches

Alexander Wang has named its first president: Rodrigo Bazan joins the five-year-old company from Marc Jacobs, where he was vice-president and general manager for Europe, the Middle East, and India. [Vogue UK]

Stella McCartney’s website got a makeover. The site now carries a larger selection of McCartney’s ready-to-wear, accessories, and lingerie, and there is also a section devoted to the designer’s tips on eco-conscious living. [WWD]

Crystal Renn wears prosthetic cheeks and lips for a plastic-surgery-themed spread in French Vogue’s December issue (guest-edited by Tom Ford). Renn said, “When they were taking the cast of my face, fitting me for prosthetic cheeks and lips, I remember thinking this is why I do my job, for moments like this. After the shoot I took that very mask and asked Tom to sign it; it sits in my living room as we speak.” [Fashionista]
