Shoe-Hungry Brides-to-Be Raced One Another in Their Wedding Gowns Yesterday

Wedding Central convinced 30 brides-to-be to race one another around Madison Square Park dressed in full bridal regalia yesterday for If the Shoe Fits: the Wedding Central’s Ultimate Wedding Showdown. Participants had to run through the park and then rifle through a huge pile of pink-tissue-filled shoe boxes in search of a pair of bridal shoes. The winner, Stacy Steal, was awarded a free pair of designer shoes for her wedding, $5,000 worth of bridal stuff, and $5,000 in cash.
