Hiring models for the show posed new challenges for Sternberg. “The casting was like this,” Sternberg said. “We asked ‘are you afraid of heights?’ If they said, ‘No, not at all’ we said ‘How would you feel dropping 30 feet from the ceiling?’ If they said ‘Fuck Yeah!’ they’re in. If they hesitated for a second we didn’t consider them. If you’ve ever spent any time with male models they are out of their head crazy. They don’t give a shit.”
