You can always rely on the Calvin Klein presentation for a chance to see the latest “It” models in little more than underwear, and this season was no exception: Pretty young things pranced around in the new “naked glamour” bra and men’s “core” underwear styles. But there were also plenty of clothes to wear outside one’s apartment this fall. For women, the soft and moody color palette was dominated by grays and ivory. The belted charcoal coat will be a good winter staple, while the trendier cape made an appearance in black wool. Python, the print of the season, was featured in simply cut blouses and a jumpsuit. As for the men’s portion of the collection, global creative director Kevin Carrigan stuck to the classics with peacoats and knit turtlenecks, while Ck jeans had great military-inspired pieces like parkas and olive khakis.
