This morning Kimbra Lo, the second woman this month to file a sexual-harassment suit against American Apparel CEO Dov Charney, went on the Today show. She says that some months after she stopped working for American Apparel as a sales associate, she went over to Charney’s house to discuss modeling and photography jobs with him. He answered the door wearing only a towel and then attacked her, took her clothes off, and sexually assaulted her. American Apparel’s attorneys say they have pictures and “love letters” that prove the sexual relations with her and Charney were consensual. Lo says that Charney took the pictures while she asked him to stop, while her lawyer says another of his clients with similar claims was forced into phone sex by Charney when she was 17.
