This month, former Men’s Vogue editor Jay Fielden took over Town & Country after Stephen Drucker left. Fielden will continue with the makeover of the title started by Drucker, who put Lauren Santo Domingo and her bare legs on the cover of the spring fashion issue, and said, “There are many ways to be rich these days. We just wanted to make it feel modern and a little sexier.” Also: “I love any page with the words ‘price on request’ six times.” The creative director of that issue, David Lipman, will be replaced by Alexandra Kotur, who has been serving as style director for another magazine that showcases many ways to be rich: Vogue.
