Rihanna’s Hairstyles Don’t Come Cheap; There’s Now a Justin Bieber Fragrance-Themed Ice Cream

• To celebrate the launch of Justin Bieber’s fragrance in London, the luxury department store Harrods created an ice cream in its honor. It’s called the Bieber Bocker Glory, and it costs the equivalent of $32. (Which actually isn’t bad for something on sale in Harrods.) [WWD]
