In Miami to celebrate the opening of her CH store, Carolina Herrera said eating in moderation, rather than going to extremes, helps her stay youthful. “Just yesterday, I was doing a segment for CNN,” she says. “…They asked me if I eat salad all day to stay thin and I said, ‘Do you think I am a rabbit?’ I find it boring these women who are always talking about being on a diet.” She must think there are lots of boring women in the fashion industry.
