• Wearing a black Sally LaPointe dress under a sculptural coat and a large fascinator, Lady Gaga launched the Born This Way Foundation yesterday at Harvard. Oprah Winfrey and U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius joined her in supporting the youth empowerment initiative. [Billboard]

• Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger appears in ads promoting a new diet supplement called Sensa. The ad champions Stanger’s “amazing new body,” with an emphasis on the “new” — because the accompanying photo appears Photoshopped and stretched to where, as Jezebel notes, it looks more like Stanger’s head got tacked on a whole other person’s body.
