Sheikha Mozah of Qatar wore a silk Ralph & Russo dress with a beaded belt to a luncheon celebrating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee at Windsor Castle today (yes, Kate Middleton was also in attendance). She accessorized with her signature turban and peep-toe shoes.
