Turns out a Milan judge accepted the prosecutors’ appeal after the designers’ previous tax-evasion case was dismissed last year. According to Reuters, Gabbana tweeted on Friday, “Everyone knows that we haven’t done anything.” Today, he retweeted this message posted by his brand’s in-house blog: “Madonna boob flashes and rumours about filming video in Rome with Tom Munro” — so it seems the duo is taking the “pretend it doesn’t exist” approach to the new development.
