Glenn Beck made some not-very-nice-nor-altogether-factual statements about Anna Wintour, who recently invited you to dinner with Michelle Obama, yesterday on his radio show. Inventively bringing up The Devil Wears Prada, Beck said Wintour “was the devil part. She was the person who was actually in the movie treating her co-workers … like garbage, waiting on her every whim. She is what [Obama] says capitalists are like all the time. She is everything she says the Republicans are, and she’s an Obama supporter.” Beck also made fun of Wintour’s British accent, adding incorrectly, “She’s not from a foreign country.” Really, what was he thinking? He’ll never get a Vogue cover now.
