According to WWD, a group of “real women and men, ranging in age from 18 to 80,” including a waiter, a milliner, and a recent U.S. immigrant, posed for Lanvin’s newest advertisements, shot by Steven Meisel in New York. That’s even a real dog in the image above! Elbaz said, “I was interested to bring these clothes back to the street somehow, and seeing how they look on different ages, different sizes … It felt like a crazy family, and I like that.” Expect to see all of the ads in September’s fashion magazines.
