Olivier Sarkozy’s New Townhouse Also Has a Twin

“Page Six” reports that Sarko spent $6.25 million on the historic East 10th Street home he plans to share with Mary-Kate Olsen, which was created by James Renwick Jr., the architect responsible for several other buildings that ultimately became cultural landmarks. Apparently, the “five-story house with nine fireplaces, a Juliet balcony in front and a large rear garden” was originally listed as a package deal with the townhouse next door, but the “twin” recently went off the market (is Ashley going to move in?!). Anyway, a source said Olivier and Mary-Kate were drawn to the space because they “like that it is old.” Normally, we’d put some sort of joke here, but these posts are writing themselves at this point.
