Sonia Rykiel Appoints New Director; Gilt Closes Park & Bond

• Sonia Rykiel named Geraldo da Conceicao, a senior designer who previously worked at Miu Miu and Yves Saint Laurent, as its new artistic director. Because of the change in leadership, the brand canceled its Paris runway show, opting for private showings instead.  [WWD]
