The designer tells the Globe and Mail, “I always compare my job with a good baker, someone who can make very good cakes. You can make the most beautiful cakes imaginable. But when it’s not really so delicious and people aren’t eating them, there’s no sense baking them.” We beg to differ: It’s often worth baking just so you can eat the batter.
