As part of the never-ending Burch v. Burch suit, Tory hired Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz to help her send subpoenas to former C. Wonder employees, including former creative director Scott Formby, to ask them if her ex-husband Chris used “any of her company secrets” in the creation of his brand, “Page Six” writes. And Chris subpoenaed Tory’s brother Robert Isen (president of corporate development at Tory Burch), and his wife, Patty Isen, who works at Anthropologie. One source told the gossip column that Chris “is quite concerned … she is going for the jugular. Things between them are spiraling downward,” while another remarked, “Chris is hitting back with just as much force. This is becoming very bitter.” That’s the holiday spirit.
