As promised, Kristin Cavallari debuted her new line of Chinese Laundry shoes in New York this week. The six-style range was inspired by “my style and what I like to wear,” she told WWD after posing for pictures with Carmen Electra, the star guest of her launch party. “I flip through magazines to get an idea of what trends are important.” Her conclusions? Platform booties and black pumps, apparently. She’s also designing a jewelry collection with Glamboutique.com next year, and possibly kids’ shoes after that. In Kristin’s own semi-forgettable words, “the bitch is back,” and you know where this is going… Justin Bobby’s bound to get involved somewhere.
