Online retailer ShoeDazzle, which counts Kim Kardashian among its co-founders, announced today that Rachel Zoe is their new “chief stylist.” Shoedazzle CEO Brian Lee says via press release:
We founded ShoeDazzle because every woman deserves a personal stylist to make her look and feel beautiful, and Rachel is the most influential and celebrated stylist in the world.
Founded as a monthly subscription shoe site, ShoeDazzle recently ditched their original sales model in favor of peppering their members with e-mail recommendations based on a “style profile” questionnaire you fill out when you sign up. In addition to Kim Kardashian, they also employ quite a roster of multitasking celebrity “designers,” including Perez Hilton, Jenny McCarthy, Jennie Garth, and Denise Richards, so Zoe has lots of company. Apparently this arrangement doesn’t conflict with Zoe’s existing conflict with Piperlime, another shoe site to which she lends her name. Spread the love!
