Last night, Scandal finally came back on the air after its winter hiatus. When I wasn’t distracted by Fitz/Jake’s abs, I was focused on the pretty glow on Olivia Pope’s cheeks. The Scandal makeup team uses Tarte’s Cheek Stain to create her naturally flushed look (and postcoital glow) on the show. Tarte’s cult Cheek Stain now comes in several new colors and is revamped with pretty, watercolor-inspired packaging. My favorite new color is True Love, a sheer watermelon that, true to its reputation, is a non-sticky gel. When patted onto the cheek, it recalls a lived-in, summery post-workout glow.
