Well, this could explain the runaway success of the April issue of Vogue: Kim Kardashian was seen walking into a newsstand in Los Angeles, that ultrawalkable, newsstand-bedecked metropolis, this week to pick up a stack of Vogues with herself on the cover, which she cleverly concealed under a Harper’s Bazaar, an Allure, and a Sports Illustrated. To be fair: Maybe she’s just a really big fan of Detroit Tigers pitcher and current SI cover-star Max Scherzer?
