On Wednesday, in Beverly Hills, Paris Hilton accessorized her standard uniform of a floor-length sundress and Tory Burch flats with a shiny, see-through tote bag. The plastic carryall featured a barely there black lace print and, by our count, at least five visible crisp $20 bills (also discernible were her iPhone, a valet ticket, and spare pair of sunglasses). In her right hand, she carried her Chihuahua, Peter Pan — whose visibility she seemed less concerned with — in an opaque, limo-themed dog carrier.
