After a long search helmed by his friends, family, and members of the fashion community, Jay Ott’s body has been found in New York Bay somewhere near Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, news station PIX 11 reports.
The 31-year-old designer, who worked for The Row and the Crippen Group, was reported missing on March 22, after he was seen leaving his Bushwick apartment. Though PIX 11 reports that authorities suspect his death is a suicide, at this time, his cause of death remains undetermined.
