Move over, Grumpy Cat. Kitty Stardust is the new feline meme du jour. Kitty is the brainchild of illustrator Langley Fox and Wren designer Melissa Coker. The latter explains over email, “Langley and I got onto a jag of emailing funny cat pictures back and forth — one thing led to another and the collaboration was born. We decided to create this limited-edition tee to benefit our homeless kitty (and puppy) friends.” The $65 shirt, featuring Fox’s drawing, is available starting today and proceeds benefit No-Kill Los Angeles Animal Shelters.
