Continuing along on her Great European Panty Tour of 2014, Britney Spears debuted a new haircut in Germany today. It is very short and very blonde. It is a mom-bob. A move of prim solidarity, perhaps, with Kate Middleton — whom Britney really wants to wear pieces from her new underwear collection — the haircut is an endeavor of chin-length proportions. Splendid, indeed.
