Proving that a Hollywood custody battle is never short on drama, Halle Berry and former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry are fighting over their daughter’s hair, E! news reports. Berry took Aubry to court last week, claiming that Aubry forced their daughter, Nahla, to lighten and straighten her hair. Nahla is 6, by the way. The judged ruled in Berry’s favor, stating that Nahla’s hair must remain in its natural state. Seeing as how Nahla’s hair naturally curves into beautiful, wispy curls, it’s clear that she’s the winner within this beauty court battle royal.
