Dior’s Pre-Fall Show Had Creepy-Cool Eyelid Art

If you’ve always wanted to look like an eerie manga-Kabuki robot (because goals), yesterday’s eye look at the Christian Dior pre-fall show in Tokyo is for you. Drawing inspiration from the location, Peter Philips — the creative and image director for Dior Beauty — created an “electric” eye for the show. The effect made it look like Yumi Lambert and Malaika Firth were model-robots who could see through their glittery, closed eyes. Philips created the look using the brand’s DiorShow Pro Liner, drawing a block with straight lines down the entire lid. He then applied jumbo pieces of glitter along the upper lash line and drew a thick graphic line across the lower lash line. The perfect thing to wear home for the holidays, right?  Click below to watch an exclusive backstage video.
