After receiving a lab coat as the invitation to Moncler Grenoble, one would be forgiven for thinking that the brand’s event this season might be science-related. In fact, the theme was “Love Factory,” which meant that the Brooklyn Navy Yard played host to a gigantic heart that opened, chocolate-box-style, to reveal models on hydraulics. Twenty-five pairs of them, in fact, clad in assorted winter gear — down jackets, ski suits, hockey masks, and even a “bride” in a white puffer jacket turned gown bobbed up and down and, for the finale, kissed.
