You might not think robots have anything to do with makeup, but NARS Cosmetics is enlisting a robot to help you win a massive stash of beauty products. Tomorrow, to launch its new collaboration with designer Christopher Kane, the beauty company has filled a mysterious onyx orb/egg with its entire collection, along with a Kane handbag. Starting at 1 p.m. EST, tweets hashtagged with #NARSChristopherKaneUS (U.K. residents can use #NARSChristopherKaneUK at 11 a.m. GMT) will summon a robot arm to strike the orb/egg over and over until it breaks. The winning tweet will win the orb’s contents. Note that robots of the spam variety, however, cannot help people win.
