Gisele’s latest entry in her gratitude journal pretty much writes itself. After a limited run of 1,000 signed copies was released late last week, her $700 coffee-table book sold out in a single day, according to Us Weekly. (Just think, at that price you could buy 35 copies of Selfish.) The 536-page Taschen volume includes photos of the supermodel by David LaChapelle, Juergen Teller, Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and Corinne Day. Gisele launched the book with a signing in Brazil. On her Instagram, she assumed a prayerful pose in front of copies of the book, with the message “I’m feeling gratitude for the love and affection I received from everyone today at the launch of my book, thank you for being present at this very special moment for me.” With Gisele, Cindy, and (soon) Naomi all going the glossy-photo-book route, who’s next — Karlie?
