In June, it was announced that the Playboy Mansion would be sold to Hugh Hefner’s next-door neighbor, 33-year-old Daren Metropoulos, otherwise known as “the Twinkie King.” (Metropoulos also owns Hostess Brands, so it’s safe to assume that he’s now the idol of 13-year-old boys across America.) Though the mansion was initially listed for $200 million, it only sold for $100 million, with Metropoulos & Co. officially acquiring the property on Tuesday. He plans to eventually connect it with his mansion, thereby creating a super-mansion and official Hostess Cupcake lair.

But renovations can’t start up quite yet. Despite Hefner no longer being the owner of the Playboy Mansion, one condition of the sale involves the 90-year-old Hefner continuing to live in the mansion for the remainder of his lifetime, while paying a yearly rental fee of $1 million.

He will presumably spend the rest of his days puttering around in his robe, snacking on Ho Hos, and yelling at those dang bunnies to get off his dang lawn.
