Sound the hypebeast sirens: There is a new, unexpected place to pick up Yeezys before you make the rounds this Fashion Month. Women’s Wear Daily spotted several styles of the sneakers, including one of the rare Nike Air Yeezy 2s, on sale at WalMart.com (which is also running a special on OxyClean detergent today!). We reached out to a rep for the retailer, who said that the items are part of Walmart’s Online Marketplace for re-sellers.
This does dash our dreams of a Kanye/Walmart collaboration. After all, he loves those classic American brands.
