Selena Gomez really meant it when she said she was taking a year off to focus on self-care. The singer has been suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression, and according to Us Weekly, has been recovering at a Tennessee rehab facility.

This isn’t Gomez’s first trip to rehab — she reportedly underwent treatment in 2014 as well, a year after being diagnosed with lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease. In August, Gomez canceled 34 dates on her Revival tour to manage her Lupus-related mental-health problems. A source told Us Weekly that the facility where Gomez has been recovering since making the announcement is “a private and quiet place” but also “super intense.” The source said, “Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health.”

We’re sure she’ll be making some much-needed Shape House appointments when she feels better.
