Wow, so much went on in Royal-land today! The kids — Archie, Louis, Charlotte, and George — had their first public playdate, while their fathers played a charity polo match and Meghan Markle wore a shapeless (in a good way) green linen muumuu. Even though she’s a British princess — sorry, a Duchess of Sussex — she’s still got that California blogger sensibility in her.
According to People, Markle’s dress in question was from Lisa Marie Fernandez. It comes with a belt, but easy breezy Meghan ditched it. Good for her. It’s summer and nobody has time for cinched waists. Except for Kate Middleton, who is recovering from the backlash to her earrings she definitely wore on purpose to upstage Meghan at Archie’s Christening. She played it safe in a breezy pink-patterned dress and wedges, obviously.
