Who’s your favorite New Yorker, living or dead, real or fictional?
Fictional: Eloise: lived at the Plaza, wore great patent-leather mary janes, and was always in search of an adventure; timeless. Real: My partner, Andrew; he’s the best backseat driver I know.

I’m not a long meal person, but I do love brown-rice sushi at Sushi Sen-nin on 33rd Street, hidden gem …

I design a whole lotta clothing and try to make women look hot in pants (hence the nickname, Staceypants!).

Green tea from teany. My friend Kelly sends me giant bags of genmaicha, all-natural loose leaf. I hate tea bags. We make it here at the showroom.

How much is too much to spend on a haircut?
Around $30, straight across at the barber, but I guess it depends how much hair you have.
Sleep is overrated.
Brunch: pro or con?
Pro on weekend, never during the week.
What’s your thread count?

What’s your brand of jeans?
alice + olivia.
When’s the last time you drove a car?
With a license, 2002. Without a license, a few months ago in L.A., and now my boyfriend will know what happened to his bumper.
