• Alessandro Dell’Acqua has been officially named the new creative director of Malo, replacing 6267 designers Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi who moved on to Ferré last month. The label hopes Dell’Acqua will continue to jazz up the brand as the 6267 boys did. [WWD]

• Roberto Cavalli spoke to students at Oxford in London earlier this week. Students asked the really tough questions, like who his favorite Spice Girl was. He dodged that one, naturally, replying, “They’re all very nice! They speak to me about karate and boys.
