• German subsidiaries of LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics, Chanel, Estée Lauder, Clarins, L’Oréal, Coty Prestige Lancaster, Shiseido, and YSL Beauté have to pay fines for price-fixing and collusion. Apparently the group of them got together and talked about things like sales figures, product pricing, and how much they paid for advertising. Shady! [WWD]
• Kylie Minogue’s fourth fragrance, Sexy Darling, will be released this August. This follows 2006’s Darling and 2007’s Sweet Darling. Glad to see she’s versatile. [Now Smell This]
• Wolfgang Joop announced that he’s doing a new men’s fragrance for fall, the designer’s first in seven years. It will have notes of coriander, vetiver, sandalwood, cinnamon, and patchouli (Joop’s favorite). [WWD]

• Tango magazine named three spas in New York that give happy endings — to women: Mandarin Oriental, Cornelia, and Russian & Turkish Baths. Ooh la la. [Gawker]
• The high-end brand Orlane will release Light Box Absolute Radiance in early 2009, which is a three-step regimen that they say will enhance skin complexion in seven minutes, whatever that means. [Cosmetic News]
