• Authorities have imposed a $200,000 lien on Dennis Basso’s Central Park apartment. Basso says it’s “nothing” and “all taken care of.” [NYP]

• Adidas and Wal-Mart have settled their three-year-old trademark suit, according to court documents filed in Oregon. Adidas accused Wal-Mart of copying its three-stripe logo, but both parties have agreed to dismiss the suit. [WWD]
