Former Tommy Hilfiger Executive Pleads Guilty to Theft

Holy hell: We just learned from WWD that a former executive at Tommy Hilfiger Handbags and Small Leather Goods Inc. admitted he stole more than $19 million from the company during his seven-year tenure. The paper reports: “[Martin] Bodner faces a maximum sentence of 40 years, but, as part of the plea, the U.S. Attorney’s office has recommended a sentence of 5.25 to 7.5 years. He will also forfeit two homes, three cars and various other assets.” [WWD]
